Shipping options

We deliver ZUTA Group Products worldwide. The rates are as follows:

Shipping a pedal or accessory: 29$/29€.

Shipping an amplifier: 99$/99€.

We ship via: UPS, DHL, FedEx and Schenker

How long does the delivery/shipping take?

This can vary whether you are located in Europe or in another continent.

Within Europe, it usually takes 3-5 working days.
For other continents, it may take up to 15 working days.

How can I check my order status?

Upon each order progress, an email notification will be sent to you. Additionally, an email with the Shipping number will allow you to track the delivery progress.

How long is the warranty on the ZUTA Group products?

ZUTA Group products carry a Lifetime Limited Warranty. Please read the details below.


Please carefully read this Limited Warranty. It describes the rights of the original end-user purchaser. All such rights are subject to the requirements, limitations, disclaimers, and exclusions in this Limited Warranty.

Product and Warranty Term
ZUTA Group (“ZUTA Group”) warrants to the original purchaser of the original Product (“Product(s)”) described in this document that such Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty term (the “Warranty Term’) set out below and subject to the limitations set out below. Each Warranty Term stated below begins on the date of purchase of the Product by the original end-user purchaser. The Warranty Term for a “Limited Lifetime Warranty” shall mean that ZUTA Group warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the useful service life of the Product.


Additional Eligibility Requirements

This Limited Warranty is not transferrable. This Limited Warranty applies only to those Products expressly described in this document. An eligible Product must be purchased new and used only as intended. Satisfactory proof of the date of purchase of the Product by the original end user purchaser must be provided.

Additional Limitations and Exclusions of Warranty
In addition to the other requirements, limitations, disclaimers, and exclusions contained in this Limited Warranty, this Limited Warranty also does not apply
to:

• any claim, loss, or damage due to misuse, alteration, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper application or attachment, improper or lack of maintenance, improper installation, or improper storage of the Product;
• any Product not serviced by a properly trained or certified technician using appropriate tools and procedures;
• any Product that was acquired as used (e.g., a Product purchased used);
• any claim, loss, or damage by anyone other than the original end-user purchaser of the Product;
• any claim, loss, or damage due to damage that occurred to the Product while in transit prior to the purchase by the original end-user purchaser; and
• any reconditioned Product.

Additional Exclusion/Limitation of Damages, Liability, and Remedy
In the event a Product contains a defect(s) in materials and workmanship and is covered by this Limited Warranty, ZUTA Group will provide a suitable replacement product at no charge. ZUTA Group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide a monetary refund instead of a replacement. THE ABOVE-MENTIONED STATES ZUTA Group’s ENTIRE AND EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY AND THE ORIGINAL END-USER PURCHASER’S EXCLUSIVE AND SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY DAMAGES OR CLAIM MADE IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE, PURCHASE, OR USE OF THE PRODUCT. ZUTA Group SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, EXCEPT FOR THOSE SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED FOR IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, IF ANY. SUCH SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TIME LOST FROM WORK, LOST PROFIT, DOWNTIME, DAMAGE CAUSED TO OTHER COMPONENTS) ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
