1. EU Returns Only

We offer a 14-day return period for customers within the European Union (EU).

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Used items may be accepted with a refurbishing deduction.

Return shipping must be paid and arranged by the customer.

2. No Returns Outside the EU

Orders shipped outside the EU cannot be returned. All international sales are final.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-built products, special orders, sale items, gift cards, and items not in original condition.

4. Orders Already Processed or Shipped

Orders cannot be cancelled once processed, packed, handed to logistics, or once export

documents have been created.

5. Damages and Issues

Contact info@zutagroup.com immediately with photos if your item is damaged or incorrect.

6. Refund Processing (EU Only)

Refunds issued in EUR after inspection. Shipping, duties, and fees are non-refundable.

7. Currency Conversions

Refunds issued in EUR. Exchange rate differences are non-refundable.
