TERMS OF SERVICE

This website is operated by ZUTA Group. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer

to ZUTA Group. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms

of Service.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us the e-commerce platform to sell our products

and services.

1. General

These terms govern all use of our website and purchases made through it. We may update these

terms at any time.

2. Prices & Currencies

Prices may display in multiple currencies. All payments are ultimately processed in SEK unless

otherwise stated. Currency conversions shown online are for convenience and final charges may

vary due to exchange rates or bank fees.

3. Order Acceptance

Your order is accepted once payment is processed. Once an order enters processing, packing, or

export preparation, it becomes legally binding.

4. Shipping & Risk Transfer

Risk transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed to the carrier. International customers

are responsible for duties, VAT, customs fees, and brokerage charges.

5. Returns & Refunds

EU customers may return items within 14 days. Orders outside the EU are final and cannot be

returned or cancelled. Custom orders and discounted items are non-returnable.

6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed, packed, or export documentation has

been created. International orders (outside the EU) cannot be cancelled once processing begins.

7. Warranty

Products include standard legal warranty unless otherwise stated. Misuse, modifications, or

unauthorized repairs void the warranty.

8. LiabilityWe are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, incorrect addresses, or lost items

marked as delivered.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law.
